There's no trying to chase someone down who has gone on vacation to find information about a project. Anyone in the company can tell you where your project is and give you updates.
We don't have very many meetings and only take on a few projects which means clients aren't competing for attention and work hours. Less projects means our team is able to spend time achieving your goals instead of task switching.
We have to wake up every morning and work like our life depends on it, because it does. If we don't keep projects moving we risk our business and our livelihood.
Our mission is to convert visitors to customers for clients while providing the best user experience possible through accessible, straight-forward, and often minimalist designs that feel welcoming.
Beautiful websites don't have to be overly complicated with animations, hundreds of photos, and multimedia elements. They can be clean, simple, and direct while still captivating users and evoking feelings as they showcase your brand.
As we see more companies embracing AI to speed up turn around for projects we're committed to not using AI for design or development. One of our founders won't use it at all and the other only uses it for productivity tasks, never for client work.
Its easy to say "we'll deal with accessibility later, we need to get this project launched". The problem is often that just leads to accessibility being constantly kicked down the road and later becomes never. We believe that accessibility should be considered and implemented from the start so that every visitor can use your website.
Our team consists of two people and a dog. One developer, one project manager, both acting as experience creators with degree's in digital arts, and the office dog for morale.
As an Experience Creator it's Josh's job to work on design and development to craft beautiful websites and apps for clients that achieve their goals while reflecting their brand and ensuring we stick to our values.
As Project Lead Justin ensures projects stay on time and budget while directly communicating with clients as well as contribute to the experience design for projects.
Maisie ensures that office morale stays high and that every treat is counted.
